to filed any injunction suit than that person (plaintiff) having extract of 7/12 of property is necessary or not.second thing if person having mututation entries its sufficent..plz tell me what is the rule to file injunction suit

third person intentionally creating obstacles of real owner.real owner having registered sale deed since 1981 but revenue officer illegally stop to give extract of 7/12 their property so now he want to file injunction suit so its necessary to having 7/12 of property..that person having serve department 2/3 decision of their property
