Dear Sir
I got married in nov 2014 after only one month of my marriage my husband has beaten me like a animal and throw me out frm home....i have not filed any FIR neither done any MLC but i m having the strong proof against him.....my parents were approaching him since 6 month but he refused to take me back at home...i dont want divorce frm him as he is presserrasing me for that neither i don want a SINGLE NEW paisa frm him.
I only want justise for his misbehaving and making my life hell...

Pls suggest me is this possible or will i get the justice....i want only punishment for him from hounrable court.

Plz auggest how can i proceed furthur

Give a complaint in the CAW CELL(CRIME AGAINST WOMEN) in UR place.If what U have mentioned is really true then resort to filing 498 A immediately.

I have already filex the compalaint in women cell but they are not taking it seriously naither logdeing my complaint. It has been 6 months i hv register the complaint but till date nothing has happend.

They hv send my case to counsiling but that is also failed now they not lodgeing the complaint...
Plz suggest what to do.

Dear Monica In case the counselling and mediation process do not make out any compromising result the Police has to register a case against the accused persons in family matters under 498A where the cruelty is made out by the Husband and his other relatives towards the complainant and the sufferer, I believe in this case you must have filed a Police complaint against your husband and if not please do the same on urgent basis and take the DD entry number by them.
In this situation 1) you are advised to file an application under 156(3)CrPC after sending a complaint reminder to the higher police officer of your area. 2) file a Domestic Violence case against the accused in the court of MM mentioning the previous litigations where no FIR has been filed by the Police and charge sheet is awaited by the Investigating Officer.
