Educational loan

Hi,
I plan to do my LLM abroad. Thus I have to take an educational loan from the bank. Wanted to inquire if I can negotiate the rate of interest from banks. Are these rate of interest fixed and can be negotiated.?

These days the rate of interest differ from Bank to Bank on loans. You can search competitive rates.

Some Banks may consider credit score model to give some relief in rate / rate of interest. You have the choice to search.
