Hi,

I am building house at Village around 1000 sq. ft.

Do I need to permission from Grampanchayat?

Please tell me list of documents and Procedure
need to follow for Building House at Village.

In most states the building sanction plan is not required in panchayat area.
Still you can get in touch with your local panchayat office on this issue.

It is local matter, consult local Gram Panchayat office.

It is always better to get the approval from the village panchayat to avoid unnecessary problems in the future.

1. It is mandatory to submit atleast a sketch of the House area, to enable the villgage Gram Panchayat office to levy "House Tax".

2. Minimum Requirement:
a) A simple application, plus
b) Land ownership document, plus
c) Sketch of the house,
is to be required for the Gran Panchayat office.
