Dear sir, If a divorced women files maintaneance against his husband whether she is eligible to get maintaneance, If not please provide me citations at this case.

Yes in spite of various special laws for MUSLIM WOMAN the maintenance is granted even u/s 125.

Since what APEX COURT has said in recent citations that it is progressive law and its benefit has to be given to destitute woman.
