i am working in PSU . from last 4 yr departmental enquiry is going on and last week i got order of major penalty -
"reduction of increment to lowest scale for 4 years "
during enquiry i got increment in salary but no promotion.
now i appealed against order but plz tel me what about my promotion which s already due last yaer.. i will get that or not.

Mr. Neeraj,
Your statement, "i am working in PSU. from last 4 yr departmental enquiry is going on and last week i got order of major penalty" is wrong, as being a partner of some firm (as per your profile) you could not be the employee against whom inquiry would have been conducted.
Can you state, how you are concerned with the case?
Evidently, you are a student and has falsified your profile to show that you are a partner.

thanks for reply actually my client is working in PSU. not me i am advocate i need advice of people who are dealing in service matter.

with respect pc dhingra sir i want to in form u that i am not student . currently working in firm in finance department , i am also an advocate . may be my profile is not updated but this not allow any body to comment anything . words like falsified
and caught red handed hurts.. i object this.

Mr. Neeraj,
Typing error cannot represent three different positions of a person, like, (1) "Partner," as per profile, (2) "i am working in PSU", as per your query, (3) "i am advocate," as per your present clarification.
When in your original query you used the term, "i am working in PSU", were you not able to realize that time that you were an advocate.
Sorry, as an advocate, you have already lost your case and so will you lose your case even in the court of law due to such type of fatal errors, if you are really an advocate. Your clarification is not convincing/ logical and is clearly an after thought.
