If in Mortgage deed if it is agreed that Mortgagee should hold the possession till the Mortage amount is paid then can we get it redeemed even after 30 years as specified in period of limitation

There is no question of limitation because condition is possession should be hold till the mortgage amount is paid. It can be redeemed.

As far as Limitation Act(Art-148 of First Schedule) is concerned , the mortgagor can file a suit for redemption or for recovery of possession within six years from the date when the right to redeem or to recover possession accrues.
