Dear Sir,
My Husband sent me Divorce notice today .but he file a divorce in Pune Court .
I am file a DV-Case in Mumbai court .
Now i am living in Mumbai with my parents.
so is that possible we are transfer the Divorce application to Mumbai family court. is yes so please let me what is process .
I don't want to go Pune Court.at any cost .
Please help me.

But sir,Supreme court in delhi .
& i am living in Mumbai-Maharashtra. My husband file a divorce in Pune city -Come to Maharashtra state. so why we need to go Delhi supreme court.
In Maharashtra have hight court .can i possible to file a case in High court or family court in bandra.?
Please advice.

Since it is within state, move to High Court.

My advocate told me this is not possible to transfer the case in Mumbai high court , b'coz marriage place in pune.
so this is right - i can't possible to transfer the case in mumbai high court.
Please suggest what i do . i don't want to go my native place.
How can i transfer my divorce case in Mumbai.
