Transfer of possession

in the agreement sale it is clause made that the vendor agree to give possession of the said gala to the purchaser on or before November,2013,but till now they have not given the possession of the same.please advise what should i do?

It is a condition in the agreement of sale. From your question it seems that there is no regd., sale deed in your favour. If not you will have to go for specific performance of suit to get execute the sale deed and for possession
