Court fees in recovery suit in court of faridabad

Dear Experts,

Please note that we wish to file a recovery suit of Rs. 26,91,000/- against a company in the court of Faridabad, Haryana. Please let us know the approximate or accurate court fee required in this recovery suit on amount of Rs.26,91,000/-. Also, please let me know how that court fee amount will be deposited either in treasury or bank account. How much time will be required to deposit the court fees.

Dear Sethiji/Sankarji, please note that I have already searched the Haryana govt and related website. Also, checked the court fees act and Haryana amendment act, they talk about court fee on ad-valorem amount but they do not talk in terms of percentage. Please advise if you have some idea. regards-Uttam
