Maharashtra slum area

(Querist) 29 April 2014 This query is : Resolved 
One has to pay rent on his hut in a slum area after being made eligible by issue of Photopass by BMC in Mumbai. However if there is a delay, what is the rate at which one has to pay the interest or penalty or other such charges. In which rule or notification will I get to know the same.
In my case the Hut is of 21x7 feet, the Photopass holder has paid his last rent for the year 2008 and has to now pay till dated.
