Issue of interested parties in redevelopment project

our building is under redevelopment project . out of tenant one tenant is advocate . He is willing to represent from our tenant side . He is also relative of the builder . we all major tenant wants appoint another advocate on behalf of our all tenants . But he shows the strong desire .
Is any sanction prohibit under redevelopment process that interested parties as a lawyer can not represent the case on behalf of tenants ?
