what is age of son ?who has applied for his custody in matrimonial proceedings? court will consider welfare of child in awarding custody . he can always ask his mother to permit him to meet his father . in the alternative he can call up his father

The age is about 8 years, no one has applied for the custody in the matrimonial proceeding, he is normally stayed with his mother, mother has always grant permission to meet his father, but his father's intention is not clear.

if mother has no problem then she can always call her husband and fix date for meeting .if husband is not interested then it is different issue

When there is no indication or willingness from the father side, how can you compel him to meet his son?, If the child is in mother's custody and if the child wants to meet the father, his mother can petition the court with a request for the purpose.
