Fare rent

(Querist) 18 March 2014 This query is : Resolved 
I am a tenent who is fighting fare rent case since 48 months.At present i am paying Rs10,00,00/ as rent. The court case is in finishing stage. If the court fixes the fare rent as Rs25,00,00/. How many months and how much rent should i pay to the court to to appeal to higher court.
