Parliament Enacts Acts that are enforceable - interpretted through courts.

1.Is there any Policy that Once a Act is Enacted - Promulgated - Notified - Within what Time Period Rules for the said Act are to be Framed?

2. Is it Mandatory to Frame Rules once a Act is Notified in the Official Gazette?

3. Is there any Time Bound Period within which Rules are to be Framed for any Act Notified in the Official Gazette?

1.No time limit 2.Without rules proper implementation may not be possible.3.It is the sweet will of the administratve machinery

Well said by Mr. Isaac Gabriel. there is no time limit, it depends on the official machinery which is responsible for enacting it.
