Remedy against the order of struck down the defence in civil suit

Respected Sir,
Hon'ble Civil Judge Junior Division has passed the order and struck down the defence of defendant as the reply has not been filed by the defendant within 90 days. Please tell me that can review application u/s 114 of CPC be filed to the same Court?

Review cannot be filed, you will have to approach the high court.
