Respected Members, a husband is claiming falsely that the wife is an earning lady. Will an Affidavit on the behalf of the lady saying that she is just a common housewife and does nt have any source of income is enough to prove the truth ??
Will the same work-out if the daughter of the lady go for the Affidavit saying her mother is not involved in any kind of income generating activity??

Along with your affidavit, try to lead some evidence in addition to denial. Your daughter cannot swear to such affidavits when you are very well available. Consult your advocate.

you can on affidavit deny that you are working . if husband alleges you are working let him prove the allegations made .

When husband alleges that you are working let him prove the fact. You can give affidavit with your evidence. Consult your lawyer.

Respected PS Dhingra sir, sorrry sir, i did nt have any other option to make id on this site. I am not a trainee. I am just a 19yr old girl studying in IPC grp of CA course. All the questions I asked in the forum are the issues created by my father against my mother. I never gave attention to their issues and tried my best to be nuetral. But when i saw my mother suffering without any reason and realised that my father does not even have affection with me and my brother, and even he wants to send my mother to jail, then I decided to help my mother with the cases. I googled some queries and found out this site as ray of hope. So without any thought process, i quickly made my id on this site. Sorry for those fake informations Sir but i did nt have any other option. I hope you will understand what i am going through.

File AFFIDAVIT, THAT YOUR MOTHER HAVE NO INCOME.
Also inform on oath, relevant facts to prove ur mom fully occupied in home work, and neither working, nor have bank balance.
