Ehsil extending the hearing date last 6 month

I have a case regarding the property.
My relative register the property by false document. When we know about this. we file the case before 6 month regarding this fraud with original document. The opposition lawyer taking the time for "APATTI". But on the final hearing he given excuses to the court(Tehshil)and exdend the date. Now the Clerk who given the date, giving the date when Tehshildar will on leave or not sitting. And giving the very long time(about 1 month) date(Normally it should be repeated within 15 days). it is happening last 6 month.
please suggest me.
