Missing case can be registered?

dear expert,

please let me know that whether missing case can be lodged in police station after serving the legal notice for divorce, and my husband knows my location where i am but he made the false complaint to the police and did the enquiry,

the police are trapping my location through my cell phone signals and enquiring my relatives and friends with whoom i am talking , is this correct and what i have to do in this regard,

If you are aware of such a complaint pending in the concerned police station,dash to the PS, explain them the situation and make them know the law about interfering in the privacy of an individual, take the help of a lawyer.
