Can someone tell me what is the difference between Premises co-operative society and housing society?

Sir I want to ask that if we register residential complex then it is to registered as a co-operative housing society.

But suppose if there is a building which consist of office and shop only...then what would be applicable for that.as for resident complex we have chsl.so what is for shops and office
