Father died in the year 1997, leaving wife one son 4 daughters,without will, yelder daughter died in the year1997 itself, fathers self acquired property khatha transferred to mother name , Mother also died in 2011,with a will sharing the property to one son and three daughters
1.Father has given one site 60x40
and money for construction of the entire house to first daughter since her husband deserted her with two kids and also given jewels
2.whether first daughter born in 1950 has right over the properety or not she died in 1997

3.I want to know khatha can be transferred to one son and 3 daughters.
