Sir,

I have a query..

My husband filled petition u/s 482 for quashing Chargesheet & FIR in the HC,UP.In chargesheet, he is absconded and not surrendered before lower court till now.

Whether I should fill transfer petition before the SC to transfer the cases in Delhi because Police is totally with my husband, in this condition?

Unless you have prima facie evidence to show police inaction, do not file transfer petition.
However f the events alleged occurred in Delhi then you can go for transfer.

If you are living with your parents in Delhi, you may apply for transfer of case to Delhi.
