Time limit for filing a case

sir,
I had received a legal notice from my relatives,which was replied by me 1.5 months ago.Since then I have not received any communication from any side.
I want to know that is there any time limit to file a suit after reciving the replied legal notice.

after time limit stated in LN is over, u can file suit.

If you have replied the notice your present task is over, if they find merits in the case they may file case.

It is not possible to advise the time for filing of the suit in absence of facts.
