Transfer of divorce petition

Hello Sir/Madam,

Husband has filed the petition seeking divorce against wife on the grounds of cruelty and desertion. I am representing wife (respondent) in the case. I want to file transfer petition. Can you help me with the proper citations to that effect.

If the matter of transfer from one District to another district then file a petition u/sec.24 of the CPC in the High Court. If the matter of transfer from one State to another state then file a petition u/sec.25 CPC in the Supreme Court.
