(Querist) 23 August 2013 This query is : Resolved
Hi,
Please clarify my daubt.
Our grandfather has not divided the property amoung their childrens know there are issues going on. There are toally 4 members 2 sons and 2 daughters and 1 daughter is passed away know the property is going to be divided in 3 but the childrens of younger daughter is claiming right. I hope if there mother is not alive then they should not have right on this property.

Yes, they have the right to property, as long as it is succession without a will.
