Should daughters children has right in her mothers father property

Hi,
Please clarify my daubt.
Our grandfather has not divided the property amoung their childrens know there are issues going on. There are toally 4 members 2 sons and 2 daughters and 1 daughter is passed away know the property is going to be divided in 3 but the childrens of younger daughter is claiming right. I hope if there mother is not alive then they should not have right on this property.

yes, the daughter having rights to get share, you are not mentioned that when 2 daughter married out of 2 sons ? where are you from

Yes, they have the right to property, as long as it is succession without a will.

they are entittle for the share in the share of their mother.

Hi,
Thanks for the clarification. Actually my bua got married in 1958 who passed away and her daughters claiming right they also got married in 1982-85.I am not able to understand if my bua is not alive then how could their childrens get share if she is no more then how their childrens can claim the right. We belongs to tamilnadu.
