if somebody is facing the trial of 125 crpc and really he is unemployed and he is doing his regular graduation from a reputed college and he shows the admit card before the court then what about the condition for maintenance for his wife.

He would still be held accountable to provide maintenance to his wife. The quantum would be determined according to socio-economic status of respective parties.

Marriage is no child's game especially when the man has no means to feed his wife.

Court will decide the quantum of maintenance on the basis of merit of the case after considering this aspect also.
