Associate membership

(Querist) 30 July 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Can an associate member become a memeber of the manging commiitee of the society. Can he stand for the election for the same?
The associate membership form shows interest of the second name as an associate member, but if the share certificate has three names and the third one wants to become associate member with consent of top two then what changes one can make in the associate membership form?

Follow the guidelines as mentioned in the Bye LAWS of the Society.

You need to go through the relevant clauses of the bye-laws of the soceity.
