Can i have a locus to file the complaint against the trust under bombay public trust act 1950?

(Querist) 18 June 2013 This query is : Resolved
Sir, I'm the president of my own Trust registered under Societies Registration act 1860 and Bombay Public Trust act 1950. I have to file the civil case against the another trust for their misappropriation of trust property and default of Audit under the Section 41 D of BPT Act 1950. Am I the person interested in the Trust as per the Section 2 (10)(d) and 2 (10)(e) of the act? Can I have a locus to file the case against the another trust? please suggest me.

I'm a employee of the school run under that trust. I'm the aggrieved person by the affairs of the trust. Trustees are involved in various corrupt activities. Is there any section under BPT act 1950 to file the case against the trustees? please suggest me.

A Trust is always subject to litigation and you being affected party need not to get permission from any authority in doing so.
