In civil suit i am the palintiff ,have to file evidence . pl. advice how to file evidence ,by way of affidavit or how .
can i file documents along with it.

Are you a lawyer or a litigant?

If lawyer then better to take help of any senior lawyer of your surrounding as the affidavit has to be got prepared and documents therein are to be annexed. If you are litigant then trust upon your lawyer.
