Sugession for 202 crpc

Respected all,

if police is not submitting report for more than 6 months u/s 202 of crpc and matter is pending without police report then what step one can take to initiate proceeding.

can we pray to Hin.Court to decide the matter on merits or we can to appeal what can we do as offender are professional with police and report will never submit by them.

You can apply to the magistrate calling for report of the Police.
High Court has no role to play.

Move an application to the concerned magistrate to call that report from police and no other action on your part is required in this matter.
