Whether there should one transfer petition for 498a & dv case?

Sir, If there are 2 cases pending before any court 498-A & DV Case in that case whether we have 2 file 2 Transfer cases or under one we can made prayer for both?
Since DV is civil case then how can we file the Transfer case in one head i.e Criminal??

DV is not civil case it is criminal miscelleneous case. You will have to file 2 seperate cases.

you have to file 2 separate transfer applications

DV is criminal casae and can adopt cpc as well as cr p c .

498A is purely criminal.

Must file 2 separate Application for trf.

As r for Husband, chances to get trf are rare.. No Chance.
