This is Hemant here.

I am buying new house in jalgaon Maharashtra.
Could you please tell me how should i proceed in process.

I have seen new house, and want to apply for loan.

All the documents related to the house needs to be checked. The searches of also needed to be made in local Registration office.
Contact local lawyer.
