Land belonging to wakf board

Hi sir,

Could you please let us know whether sy.no 91 & 93 of boduppal grampanchayat,ghatkesar,hyderabad AP is a wakf board land or not. documents near SRO says its wakf board lands. If so how the registrations happening since 10 yrs. and G.O.Ms.No. 288 dated 3rd April 2008 states sy.no 91 is residential land.

Please clarify..

We cannot confirm whether the mentioned land is Wakf land or residential until we go through the entire documents of the property. Better to avail the services of local lawyer and get desired information from him.
