Greetings... I am aware that as per the new bye laws NOC is not compulsory for the sale of flat... but my Chartered Accountant says that if u sell a flat without NOC u will not get its full value... that is if the current rate of my flat is 50 lacs then I will get only 50% of its value that is 25 lacs. Is this really true.
I forsee some issue with our managing committee in giving me an NOC for the sale of my flat.
