Can i get my money back

Hie Everyone,
My father had invested in PVT LTD CO.
Now I had to get the money back, IT is nagpur based company .
Please can any body help me how to reply or get money back from that company.
(Mca) will help ???

What is the dispute ? If in spite of maturity the company is not paying you then file complaint in the consumer forum.

No there is no dispute as my dad has invested and now dad is no more and i want to withdraw all the money ..
It is on my name only.
