1.She has one child only.
2.Possesses only one residential property and
3. Fixed Deposits with Banks.

Request for a Draft Will covering the above aspects.

we dont provide draft wills . if we start providing ready made drafts what will lawyers do ?

since testaor has fixed deposits , poseeses residential property she can easily afford legal fees

depends upon lawyer. where are you located ?

you will need conference with lawyer /give details of your property /bank accounts etc .

contact local lawyer for it. It is also advisable that make registration of will to avoid future dispute.

It is not a big task. Since the terms appears simple, even you can on your won draft the Will. It does not require help of lawyer.
