Dear Sraravanan,
Although your query is unclear on what section you seek a clarification, but yes, women have rights in ansectral property. However, according to clarification of the Hon'ble Chennai HC and the Supreme Court of India, The amendment of 2005 is prospective in nature and not retrospective.

there is no special act enacted in 2005 for women though amendment has been introduced in the parent act, Hindu Succession Act, 1956....as Vishal Ji said.
the operation is prospective in nature.
