Rescue of brother from his cruel wife

My brother has recently married before 5-6 months. Since from day one wife is not cool always quarrels and show up her attitude. She calls to all family members of brother and quarrels and tells not to come in her house. She always put a pressure on her mother in law (60yrs widow)and husband saying that with the help of women cell she will arrest them and teach a lesson. Always gives such kind of Dhamki and her parents are with her. They always teach her what to act but never teach her good. She has disturbed a whole life of my brother and mom. We need a divorce or a better advice in this regard. She feels sico also. In a month, week she keeps calm and after a week she goes rude or viral and fights with them. Is there any law to protect such a family from getting harresment from wife. She is now out of control. What to do pls. advice fast. She dont cook, dont do anything. Always try to make fight and often calls to her parents and tell them the news headlines of laws to show off us to be frightened from her. Pls. pls. help us. She dont allow me to come in house. I am sister of this brother. do something for us.

There is no preventive to law to restrain filing such cases as threatened by her.
Divorce without expiry of one year from date of marriage is not possible unless you show grave hardship which is hardly allowed though.
Keep informing the Police about the recent incidents and hope for the best.
You may opt for RCR for strategic purpose.

but now the situation is very worst. she left home without asking and argued a lot and demanding for money which is huge. she also dont want to stay here and even he dont want to continue.

thanks ajay. But she is extra ordinary and her family is too much. we are very low in fighting. wanted to catch her in some law where we can easily get help and rescue from her. on what basis we should fight by law. pls. suggest.

dear mr. ajay, yesterday my brother's wife has given a compliant in near police station for 498 on us including me and my husband. We were called there and my brother was about to get jail with us. We that time agreed to call back her at home for marriage continuation as advised and after negotiation with police we got rescue. But what is 498a and what to do next urgently. we dont want her to come back home. He need divorce. Police has close the file by jabab from my brother. what to do next. pls. advice urgently and give me ur cell no. pls.

dowry harassment . if your brother wife complains of dowry harassment then police will after investigations file case of 498A against him and other family members who have been named .
advisable to contact a marriage counsellor . dont file for divorce now ,

but we never asked for money to her. all she and her father said is lie. can we go for anticipatory bail first. what to do if we dont want to see her back again. Bec. as per yesterday jabab, we asked her to come back through police. what to do next first. she has left with her father immed. we wanted not to continue.
