How to file strong dowry case?

Hi, myself veena married to lokesh one year back, after 6 months of marriage my husband, mother in-law & father in-law started giving mental & physical torture to bring dowry, But I objected for it. Because of it my husband sent divorce notice & it is pending. Still I am staying in Father-in law's house but my husband not coming to home from past 6 months (My father in-law somewhere hiding my husband). Moreover my husband also not interested on me. I am daily getting torture. Still now no complaint filed againt them. Now I decided to give complaint to police. Please help me out how to file strong complaint. Thank you

Despite being tortured by your inlaws you are still staying there only,without the presence of your husband.Are you a housewife or worrking woman?
If what you are saying is true and inorder to teach them a lesson,immediately file 498A,and under DV ACt,engaging a competent advocate.What is the response from your parents house?

My parents are also ignored me and not responding. I am not a working woman. Thank you

But you need somebody's support to fight legally.But howcome your parents have ignored the happennings at your inlaws house.Should I presume that you have not brought to their notice all these things?Moreover you say you are not a working woman.

Engage a lawyer and immediately file 498A and seek protection order under DV Act.

Engage a responsible reputed lawyer of your local area and file a complaint u/s 498a of ipc and under DV Act seeking protection.

Review you decision. You are not working hence not earning. Litigation is costly. Your parents are also not supporting you in this matter. So, if you lodge complaint u/s498A & your husband & parents in law are arrested as a consequence thereof, it will be difficult for you to pull on at your in laws place when your in laws return after obtaining bail. You should consider all the future consequences before taking any step.
