Dear Sir,

With due respect, I would like to know following about Dasti Summon

1. Full process of Dasti Summon ?
2. If petitioner is not able to deliver dasti sommon to the respondent and then return the acknowledgement to the court personally, then what would be the effect of same and distance could be Multi thousand Kilometers also ?

The summons will have to be delivered. If the A/D card has not returned, obtain a certificate of delivery from the PO.

Dear Querist
Dasti summon can be issue by the court on the prayer of the party to serve the summon by hand to opposite party. if this is not possible to serve by hand then the party can be file an application for publication u/o 5 rule 20 of CPC
