Sir
As advised in my previous post ,i applied for Maintenance suit.
What other Case I can fill, as I donot want to get separation,Can I make other claim legally.I discussed with my advocate for residences under DV act but we cannot because my Husband will say we are Divorced please advise as i am putting with my parents from a year.
Brief case :-
Sir,
I & my husband both are Muslim living in Jammu,married some 5 years back have a baby boy,recently some 3 months back my husband posted Talqnama to the address of My father as I was there,but at that time we were out in another District to visit our relative I neither received nor signed the Taqnama. However husband says he has sent it through the Register post.
Now my query is
1) What is credibility of this Talqanama.
2)I have filled Suit for maintenance,What other genius suit i can fill which will favor me legally & will give quick results .
Please advise

1. Talaqnama needs to be proved.
