Is it true ? can i get the info !!

Dear Experts,

Earlier some months before the State Govt of AP has issued one G.O stating that the person who is working as JACT(Junior Accountant Cum Typist) in any place its not compulsary that he should pass the exam of Type-i.e higher or lower , if he done any computer course and he is having certificate of any computer course he is eligible for the post of JACT.
Can some one please forward / Help regarding the G.O.
