Govt. employee transfer

is there any relief in court for a migraine suffered state govt. employee's transfer near home?

Transfer is prerogative of employer.You should represent to your officer.he may consider it.Courts would generally not interfere unless you are able to show some discrimination in this regard.

migraine is not a major medical problem . it can be controlled with right medication . you cna be trnasferred .
