so that execution of deed do not have any lopols?

THE AGREEMENT MUST SUPPORTED WITH RESOLUTION FOR THE AUTHORITY TO SIGN SUCH AGREEMENT AND THE SAME RESOLUTION MUST DISCUSSED/ ACCEPTED THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT.
