Clarification

Respected Experts,
The traffic police seize the two wheelers ( when we parked in front of Shopping comlexes, banks,EB office , telephone office etc ) & put penalty. Under Which act & section they are doing this? Pls clarify my doubt.

You should ask this question from them only as this is illegal to pick the vehicles if the same are properly parked in parking space.

If the vehicle was not parked properly, the police can pick it up for illegal parking.
