Sir,
Under recently introduced judicial accountability bill i want to lodge a complaint against one of high court judge favoring opposite party under UNCLE -JUDGES SYNDROME. pl suggest me how to draft a complaint?
can i file the complaint within a weeks time or i have to wait.?

Challenge the order impugned in the supreme court where you can highlight this syndrome.

It is proposed.

The order needs to be challanged before higher court.
