Regarding family pension

My father was working in Haryan Bijli Board.He expired in 1988.But we did not get the gratuity amount.And pension which is my mother getting is Rs600.can we get the money and pension which is supposed to be around 3500.Please help.thanks

make a representation to the Chairman and then move case to CT or High Court cas the case may be.

Dear Manbir,

Please clarify the following points:

1) Was your father a regular employee or a work-charged or casual employee?

2) When did your father join, Bijli Board and what total service he rendered in the Board?

3) Also, on what account your mother is getting Rs.600, if she is not getting family pension?

my father was a regular employee and he served about 12 to 15 yrs.My mother is getting the pension from EPF.
