What is the constitution of the business?

The business will have one accountant, three faculties, one receiptionist and all the infrastructured required. I will be the owner of the business.

So, yours will be a proprietory concern. Only you have to register the establishment under the local Shops and Establishments Act. Inquire with the local municipal Office for details. Observe the rules framed under the Act regarding lighting, hygiene etc to be maintained in the establishment.
