I want to start a private security agency in delhi-ncr specially in ghaziabad kindly provide me the proper details regarding the same.

Following details are reqd. for PSARA & Labor License:

Q.1 Procedure?
Q.2 Eligibility(if any)?
Q.3 Fees (Registration+Advocate fees)?

you have to make an application for new license to negage in business of pvt security agency . application has to be made to controlling authrityJt commr of police .

you have to enclose your income tax clearance certificate . , affidavit as prescribed . you ahve to comply with provisions of pvt security agencies regulation act 2005
