If one asks for counselling and then the other neglects for counselling what will happen.I would ask the onus to allow me to talk with my wife and if my wife says no to that under ifluence what will happen next.Is it neccessary for the counseling approval of two parties.

Dear Jayapal,
You are asking one question too many.
Instead of wandering here and there with an unsatisfied mind, why don't you find an advocate to fight your case.
By your attitude, it has become evident that you lack confidence and if you fight the case on your own, i doubt whether you will succeed.
Please understand that, to fight a case effectively, one shll have deep knowledge in the concerned law, procedures of the court, sufficient practical exerience, efficiency to put relevant questions in cross examination etc., which a common man does not have.
Please note that the court cases are not faught with emotions, but with intelligence and efficiency.
Thus, appointing a good lawyer is the only way out for you.

Nothing will happen except the counseling would fail and the court again proceed with trial in stead of trying further counseling.

in marriage nullification case, the girls word & councillors words are immaterial, Evidence only proves or dis allow marriage. based on law under HMA section 11-12 as applicable.
as advised earlier by experts to you.
